Adora POS LLC (“Adora”) is committed to providing our Clients and Customers, defined below, with exceptional service.
Providing this service involves the collection, use, and disclosure of certain personal information about our Clients and Customers.
Protecting our Clients’ and Customers’ personal information is one of Adora’s top priorities.
SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Adora through its services, website(s), and applications.
DEFINITIONS
“Clients” are stores and business owners that engage Adora to provide online ordering services.
“Customers” are individuals who place online orders through the Adora point of sale system or related websites (collectively the “POS System”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
Personal information is any information that specifically identifies you or would enable someone to personally identify you.
This includes but is not limited to your name, address, telephone/fax number, email address, commercial information, biometric information,
internet activity, geolocation data, or any other information you submit through the POS System which identifies you individually.
Adora also automatically receives and records information on its server logs from your browser including your IP address,
cookie information, and the web page(s) you have visited.
DISCLOSURE, SHARING, AND SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND RIGHT TO OPT-OUT
Adora will not disclose any personal information about any Customer or Client to any person or entity except:
(i) Adora will share personal information about a Customer with the Client from whom the Customer places an order,
(ii) Adora may provide personal information to its vendors and suppliers when necessary to process data,
complete transactions, and comply with contractual obligations,
(iii) Adora may share certain personal information with its affiliates in order to complete transactions, and
(iv) Adora may release personal information to comply with applicable law, to enforce or apply the terms of any user agreement,
or to protect the rights, property or safety of Adora, Customers and Clients, or others.
You may opt-out by requesting that Adora stop sharing and selling your information, including by using an email unsubscribe feature,
notifying Adora or a location where the POS System is used, or by text opt-out.
Adora will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
USE OF IP ADDRESSES
Adora may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website.
Adora may also use your IP address to identify you when necessary to enforce compliance with this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Use,
or to protect our services, website, systems, information, employees, business partners, service providers, users, Clients, Customers, or others.
PROTECTION OF INFORMATION COLLECTED AND SECURITY POLICY
Adora takes various physical, technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to protect your payment and personal information
from accidental or unlawful destruction, unauthorized disclosure, or access. Adora’s Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard
and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. The SSL software encrypts all of your personal information
that is collected, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
However, no online activity is guaranteed to be 100% secure and Adora cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you provide.
RIGHT TO DELETE
You may request that Adora delete any personal information that Adora has collected from you except where the information is required
to fulfill the transaction, contractual obligations, security, fraud detection, and legal compliance.
NON-DISCRIMINATION
By requesting that your personal information be deleted or by opting out of the sharing or selling of your information,
your level of service and pricing will not be affected.
RIGHT TO ACCESS/RIGHT TO CORRECT
You may request that Adora provide access to your information that it has collected and you may request that Adora correct
any of the personal information collected that is not correct.
ADORA’S MESSAGING SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY
As to information collected by Adora through its SMS Messaging Service, its’ privacy policy terms and provisions for this service are as follows:
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Adora POS, LLC (“Adora”) uses the Messaging Service (the “Service”) to collect information from and about you including but not limited to
your name, telephone number, email address, commercial information, messaging history, biometric data, internet activity, geolocation data,
protected classification data, and inferences drawn from other personal information to create consumer profiles.
Adora may also collect information using cookies or similar technologies and information if you contact Adora
regarding the messaging service or for customer service.
USE OF INFORMATION
The information collected may be used to deliver, analyze, maintain, and support the Service, enhance its features,
and customize and/or personalize your experience on the Service.
SHARING AND/OR SELLING THE INFORMATION COLLECTED
Adora may share, sell, transfer, or disclose your information to/with third parties, service providers,
and/or to comply with applicable law and legal processes including requests from public and government agencies.
Adora may also share aggregate or de-identified information with third parties.
OPTING OUT OF SALE/SHARING OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
You may opt-out of the sale/sharing of your personal information by using an email unsubscribe feature,
notifying Adora or a location where the POS System is used, or by text opt out.
Opting out of the sale or sharing of your information will not affect the level of service or pricing you receive.
RIGHT TO REQUEST INFORMATION BE DELETED
You may request that Adora delete your personal information from Adora’s records.
However, to the extent that the information is required for transaction fulfillment, contractual obligations,
security, fraud detection, debugging, and/or legal compliance, Adora may deny the request.
Requesting that your personal information be deleted from the Service will not affect the level of service or pricing you receive.
RIGHT TO REQUEST ACCESS TO INFORMATION
You may also request that Adora provide you with access so that you can see what information about you Adora has collected
and why it has been collected, sold, shared, transferred, or disclosed.
RIGHT TO LIMIT USE OF INFORMATION
You have the right, at any time, to request that Adora limit its use of your information that it has collected to that which is necessary
to perform the services or provide the goods that are reasonably expected to be performed or provided, to perform services
that are authorized by implementing regulations, and to perform services for the following:
(i) to ensure the security and integrity to the extent the use of your personal information is necessary and proportionate for these purposes,
(ii) short term, transient use provided that your personal information is not disclosed to another third party and is not used to build a profile about the consumer,
(iii) performing services on behalf of the business, and
(iv) maintaining the quality or safety of a service or device or improving or upgrading a service or device.
RIGHT TO CORRECT
You have the right to request that Adora correct any information about you that is incorrect or inaccurate.
FREQUENCY OF SENDING
The number of text messages that you receive will vary depending on the program for which you signed up and the frequency of the messages sent by the program.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY
Depending on the terms of your data plan, message and data rates may apply and be charged by your carrier for receiving or sending text messages.

Adora takes a variety of physical, technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to protect the information collected
from accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.
However, no online activity is guaranteed to be 100% secure and Adora cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you provide.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Adora will take reasonable action to verify the accuracy of any information in the Service;
however, Adora makes no warranties, express or implied, in regard to its accuracy.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representations or endorsements being made.
Further, Adora makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding any transaction conducted on or through the Service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By opting into the Service, you acknowledge that Adora is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in delivering text messages
due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including network issues or your mobile device capabilities.
You agree to hold Adora harmless for any damages that arise from your use of the Service to the maximum extent allowed by law.
